Innovation - We prepare ourselves to lead educational innovation through technology, policy development and analysis, technology integration and administration, research and evaluation, and teaching with new technologies.

Promoting Knowledge sharing - This has resulted in the creation of robust organizational culture.Knowledge sharing is an activity through which information, skills, or expertise is exchanged among people, friends, or members of a family, a community or an organization. We have recognized that knowledge constitutes a valuable intangible asset for creating and sustaining competitive advantages.
